Hi folks,
we are trying to setup the integration for Business Partner between C4C and the Marketing Cloud via the standard iFlow "Replicate Business Partner to SAP Marketing via Business Partner Web Services".
The connection seems to work fine, since on CPI side we can see that the iFlow is executed with no error.
However BPs are not replicated and we can see following two error messages in the application logs in the Marketing Cloud:
Receiver for Sender Business System ID (0M2DEFR) could not be determinedError while creating confirmation message: Error (id=):Request clarification before answering.
Hi Andreas,
For this integration scenario it is necessary that the Source Business System of the Business Partner and the Object ID Type are maintained for the Origin ID of the Interaction Contact.
Please ensure that for the following Interaction Origin IDs the Business System and the Object type are maintained as mentioned on the below link of the Help Center:

Hi @Saravanakumar Mylsamy,
could you pleas confirm that 0M2DEFR would be the correct input for quality system for Origin SAP_C4C_BUPA ?
In the communication system the Business System ID as well as the System Instance ID and the IDOC Logical System ID equals "0M3PJUN" (System ID of the Marketing Cloud) according to the integration guide. The ID is uniquely used.
Best regards,
Andreas

Hi Andreas,
Can you also check your Communication system and validate if you have the Business System as required as mentioned below

Hi saravana92 ,
thank you so much for your promt answer.
We had set this to "my000000" with 000000 being the real numeric values for our C4C system.
Now I have set it to 0M2DEFR but the error persists.
Do you know which value would be correct here?
If it would not be 0M2DEFR I would assume there is something wrong with a mapping or communication arrangement since in the error message it says it's looking for 0M2DEFR?
Thanks,
Andreas
