Hi ,

Any reason why I'm getting the below error when trying to view a report in Crystal server 2020  (CMC & BI Launch pad) ?

Likely cause is you don't have the database client installed or configured to work on the CRS Server.

Or you don't have permissions to access the DB, CR fully supports Database Security.

Check with your CRS Administrator to see if they get the same error and if you have permissions to view that report.
