Hi Guys,
we have server side outlook integration enabled, and I don't see E-mail Integration workcentre even though I have admin access. I have checked the scoping and Business role but this workcentre(E-mail Integration) is not available to select to be visible. any suggestion so as what am I missing?

Request clarification before answering.
In order to add the Groupware Settings WorkCentre in a tenant you need this to be provisioned for the same.
Please contact your SAP Account Executive in regards to Server Side Outlook Integration.
Once it is available , Please report an incident to SAP Support team who will validate and then proceed with the activation and the enablement of the WorkCentre.

Now is 2023 October, after 4 years and I am still finding this a valid issue! How amazing!
