Does Soft bounce Convert to Hard Bounce

Hi Experts,

Do soft Bounces get converted into Hard bounces after specific period or specific times of recurring soft bounces?

If yes what is the specific number of times a recurring soft bounce gets converted into a hard bounce?

As far as I know , there are no such conversions done as per Standard .
