Do not sync inactive equipments to mobile apps

Hi,

is there any possibility to filter out inactive equipments from getting transferred to the mobile clients?
Sync rules, data retention etc?
We want to minimize sync times for our users.

Hello,

Thank you for your request. There is no possibility to filter out inactive equipment. In order to improve sync performance you can refer to https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_mobile/sync-performance-management.html under Takin Action you can see the available Data Sync Rules that are used to control what information is stored in the mobile device.
