1. If we see the catregory Filed in that when we select the " Service order " from the categorylist. The Appointment screen is standard screen.
2. The EC components fields should be disabled when we select the Service order from Category. Attached the screen shot below the entire fields should be disable when we select.
The Category code list is Standard code.
Could you please help me in this.

you can use a UI rule and put it behind the relevant fields on the characteristic "visible".
The rule should include the information "category = (all values except "service order")".
Does that help or do you need more detailed information?

1. How can we use UI rule actually the category which you are seeing was standard field in the Activities Appointment B.O (Standard Object).
2. The fields which you are seeing in Customer satisfaction created in Embedded Component in the appointment Survey B.O. Attached Screen shot below
3. This Customer Satisfaction Embedded Component is placed under the standard appointment QC screen attached the below image for your information.
