Hi Team,

I have one Brand A and Brand B have 2 different countries' presence US and EU and Brand A is in Spartacus and Brand B is in JSP storefront

my URLs. are

eu.branda.com

us.branda.com

I am using the Profile completion page where the user should accept the consent in their first time login.

Now my problem is,

1. I will log in to eu.branda.com and complete the profile completion page by accepting consent.

2. Opening us.branda.com in a new Tab of the browser.

3. I am able to see the profile complete page loaded automatically(It means, the user is logged in and has not accepted consent)

I strongly believe CDC login is shared between subdomains by default. how to disable this behaviour?

Ant can help me?

Thanks in advance

Hi Eldhos,

You can setup a site group and use different child API key for each subdomain that shouldn't have a shared login. Then you can assign them to different SSO segments to disable the SSO login between them.

Thank you.

Thanks Joshua,

But I have a doubt, As per my requirement, the Same user should be allowed to log in between eu.branda.com & us.branda.com. Will this work after this configuration change? I just need to ensure, Auto login between them. Kindly confirm whether this scenario will work with this solution.

I am a beginner in CDC, Sorry if it is a silly question

They will be able to login with the same account (i.e. credentials) on both sites. This configuration just stops the automatic login (SSO).

Hello eldhos,

Have you checked the Site Groups settings for the parent site? If there exists any, please review it.
