Direct Mail in SAP Emarsys for North America Region

Hi Experts,

Is there a possibility to send Direct Mail in North America Region? Per the Emarsys documentation only UK and Europe region is supported. We have one North America client who would be interested in use the Direct Mail feature. So want to understand if Emarsys will support the Direct mail feature for other region. If yes, then what are the options. Any suggestion here will be helpful.

At this time, Emarsys does not support Direct Mail for North America. However, they do offer other options for physical mail delivery such as postcards, catalogs, and flyers.

Does the direct mail option for this region needs to be purchased as Add-On to current Emarsys package?
Does postcards, catalog and flyers needs to be managed with custom integration for North America region or they come out of box and Emarsys provides the vendors for sending out physical mails.
Is there custom integration possible with other external vendor via API to send the direct mails?
Please suggest.
