difference between utility interaction record(IUIR) and normal interaction record(0010)

Hi,

We are opting for Customer management which is part of SAP S4/Hana. During the configuration I come to know that there are specific transaction for utilities. Which are the transaction specifically for the utility (other then Interaction record and service requests) and how each transaction is different from existing one ( like difference between utility service request and normal service request?

Although new question might be needed for this but which tables captures data for this transaction. In SAP CRM 7.0 it was used to be crmd_orderadm_h.

Hello,

The standard Interaction Record transaction type (0010) mandatorily requires a contact person. Therefor a new utilities specific interaction record type (IUIR) was introduced -> see note 3266361
