What is the link of Survey to be entered in the feedback email?
We are trying to send a feedback email with a survey link using the Feedback Flow in a case type. SAP recommends to use Qualtrics. Customer does not have Qualtrics and they dont want to buy it. Can they use the survey in Sales cloud and send the URL created for the survey in Sales Cloud
