diagnosis inhouse repair

Hi,

In In-house repair iam not able to create action "Diagnosis".

Iam getting the error " action cannot be performed for this item".

Iam able to perform "return request" and "delivery "actions"

I have checked the copy control of all item categories. everything is perfect.

is anyother thing i have to do.

Hi Ramaroa,

Please check the Item category determination settings.

It is all because your item category is not getting determined.

Problem was not with the item category determination.

The Action profile condition for the Diagnosis action expect the CRM system to have the product SRV_DIAGNOSIS. You can either create the service product or use an existing one in which case you have to change the action profile condition parameters.

Have you managed to make it work?

I'm getting different warning and no subitem is created for the diagnostic item. Warning message is "No corresponding product found".

Any idea why?
