Details Start of processing 'No access message'

Hi experts,

We have a missing consultant develop our CRM processes, that is the reason I ask.

We used to have a requirement of No access to a Service order if a field "private document" was assigned a check mark ('X').

Now the requirement is Read only.

So the following system message appears when the above conditions are met.

'No access', But I have already commented the following code that holds a very similar message (this has an autorizaciÓn accent) in event do_prepare_output at view BT116H_SRVO/Details and the previous 'No authorization' message still prevents me the access !

I have already looked into Transaction SE91 and see a custom message class ZCRM with the above '000' message and a short text '&1'. I have debugged for hours and found anything, and also looked into PFCG roles but I can't find the message, so I suspect the message is in a configuration I don't know.

I finally found this BADI zcl_im_crm_order_auth_chec

through debugging with Tx ST05 , and fixed an authority check that was preventing the access.
