FSM-ERP integration via Proaxia Connector:
When trying to delete Time effort types via path
Settings and Configuration -> Planning and Dispatching -> Time -effort types" we get an error message "An error occurede (CA-49)!" and the time effort type is not deleted.
We suppose it´s due to missing authorisations, but we have no idea which authorisation object is missing.
Could you please help?

thanks for your message. In FSM companies from type "ERP" it is not possible to delete TimeTasks (Time Effort Type) directly in FSM Cloud. Those are fully created and maintained by the ERP system. Therefore it is only possible to delete them by sending deletion request to FSM. You can check the following page where you can get more details about sending deletion requests and how to find the ID that needs to be sent to cloud in order to delete the object in the cloud:
