Custom Tab

I have created a custom tab in business partner master data.  This is visible for all users apart from two.  Why would this be the case please and how do we get it visible for these users?

Have you checked if there is any UI Configuration Template group which the users may/may not be assigned?

We do not have any UI configuration templates set up that I can see

Hi 

The menu path to access the SAP B1 UI Configuration Template is:

Administration > Utilities > UI Configuration Template.

This will allow you to manage and configure the user interface templates for different users and roles in SAP Business One.

Review the assigned users under the UI Configuration template.
