Crystal Reports for VS - not show correct version in VS

Crystal Reports for VS 2019 - Installed older version SP24 file properties show 13.0.24.2970 but when used as reference in VS, it shows as 13.0.3500.0. What am I missing?

Go here and get SP 36, CR for VS is only released as full builds, no patches, so if anything wrong is discovered you need to duplicate it with the latest SP.

The version is 13, SP 24 and build number

13.0.3500.0 is the Windows Framework it supports.

Latest version only supports 4.7 and 4.8 framework.
