Hello,

if the activation of the service cannot solve it, check if the runtime framework profile UTIL_IC_LEAN (used in standard role S4C_UT_IC) is available on the customizing table BSPWDV_RF_PROF_C.
1. Logon to the customizing client and go to transaction SPRO

2. Navigate to IMG-activity:

for Release 1709 or 1809: IMG->Customer Management->UI Framework->UI Framework Definition->Maintain Runtime Framework Profile

for Release 1909 and higher: IMG->Service->UI Framework->UI Framework Definition->Maintain Runtime Framework Profile

3. Enter new line:

3.1. Profile Name = UTIL_IC_LEAN

3.2. (Optional) enter Description

3.3. BSO Application Area View Set = BSPWD_BASICS

3.4. View Set Name for Work Area = WorkAreaHostViewSet

3.5. View Area Name = WorkAreaView

3.6. Check Displ. Mode

3.7. History State = Simple History Stack

3.8. Operation Mode = Automatic Recording of Changes in Work Area

4. Save with a customizing request so that this can be transported to a test/productive system

5. Navigate to IMG-activity:

for Release 1709 or 1809: IMG->Customer Management->UI Framework->Business Roles->Define Business Role

for Release 1909: IMG->Service->UI Framework->Business Roles->Define Business Role

6.. select the corresponding business role

7. go to tab: "Assign Function Profiles"

8. if not already existing, add functional profile ID: "RUNTIME" with the desired runtime profile as value (in standard role it is "UTIL_IC_LEAN")

Best regards,

Gabriele
