Hello,
i m creating a Service Order Template with the Configuration Guide C3S during the creation of Service Order Management.
I now get two errors: "No item category could be determined" and "Conversion factors are invalid" . My guess is, that it has to do something with the product for this Service Order Template. In the assignmentblock items i cant choose an item category for this product. (There should be a category)
Has anyone an idea to solve this?

Hi Tim ,
The error might be because of the item category and the item category determination maintained in SPRO setting for the transaction type not defined properly .
Can you please check the item category determination , which all item category are maintained for the transaction type define for Service order template .
Check for the path in SPRO :
Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic settings -> Define Item Category Determination
This will help you in identifying the issue .
