Corrupted Record

Hello,

We have a corrupted record in our CRM devleopment system that is causing error "Personal Address doesn ot exist". when I try to load the record in BP transaction.

Is there a way of resolving this e.g. deleting it?

I have tried BUPA_REL but this says it cannot delete it, not allowed.

Hi,

Did you set the archival flag in respective BP, before deleting the record.? What is the error message while deleting?

Also be aware of the fact, that t BP can't be deleted if it is used any one of the transactions. You have to delete the transaction before deleting the BP

If you can provide us the error, then we should be able to assist you further.

I can't set anything on the record because I cannot load it. The achve flag is not set.

"What is the error message while deleting?"

This record is used in other transactions. e.g. it exists in R/3. CRMPARAM table.

I will need to delete the transaction but don't know where I go in R/3 to do this.

Hi,

Search all R/3 sales documents on the BP number or name. Delete all documents in R/3
