Consent locale enforcement boolean missing

It seems that we don't have the new Consent locale enforcement feature enabled yet. After checking the documentation, we found that we should see two radio buttons below the consent type selector, but we are not able to see them.

This new functionality is planned to be available on all DCs on October 26th
