Hi experts,
I'm working on SAP CRM 2007: I've just configured an Interaction Center Web Client on a new system.
When I create a complaint I can't display the page I would like to see.
In particular the page I'm trying to display is available on our system. I thought it could be a "logical links" trouble: I made all the checks but the problem still persists.
What determines which workarea appears when I use a work center? I mean, what should I do in order to associate a workcenter to a specific view?
Thanks& regards
Stefano

Hello Stefano,
Please check your Navigation Bar profile assigned to your business role. In particular check that you have correctly maintained the generic outbound plug (OP) mappings with a valid object type and object action pair (e.g., BT120_CPL:Create) and target ID/logical link.
Warm regards,
John

Hi Stefano
Best Practice Guide C04 is very useful in this regard, it gives some very clear instructions on the settings required for Work Centers, etc.
I suspect however you may be using a IC Webclient Role.
Rather just try logging with a role assigned type of SERVICEPRO.
There is a significant jump in functionality from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007. The Webclient can now serve multiple functions.
Good Luck

Arden
