In C4C native reporting we have a use case for a compliance report where we categorise non-compliant leads (i.e. they have not been "touched" in xx amount of days). We have multiple statuses which each have their own compliance measure (e.g. New = 4 days; Following up = 21 days; Passed to distributor = 35 days etc). We have created three restricted key figures to measure these but would like to combine them into one key figure in order to do calculations on the total. Has anyone had such a use case of combining key figures in some way?
Although i do not know the details of what your report looks like until now, but i can imagine that you need some additional counter(s) first, which will enable you to set up additional calculated key figures.
