code lists restrictions not working for shipping condtions for divsions

Hi

I have maintined code lists restrictions for shipping condtions for divsions, i have maintained code lists for divsions for shipping condtions and also i have default values but in sales order when we select the divsions agianst shipping condtions the default values is not showeing peoperly it is showeing other values

Hi Ullas,

What exactly do you want to achieve? Do you want certain shipping conditions to appear if a certain division is selected? Maybe you can share a little print screen? Are you using the standard fields and ERP integration?

Normally you should make a selection as follows:

• Business Object : Sales Document
• Code to restrict: Shipping Condition
• Control field - Business field : Division

Then in the details the code to restrict appears in a left colomn and you see the different values on the rows: for example Shipping condition 1, Shipping condition 2 etc and the control field values appear in multiple coloms , like Division 1, Division 2 etc. and you can make your selections.

If it does not work the way you want, did you consider Rules and Validations?
