CCO receipt showing as not transmitted to CCO manager

Dear SAP Support,

We found an error where at CCO side, a receipt was shown not transmitted to CCO manager. But in CCOm the receipt was there when we checked.

How can we fix this?

  1. In CCO open the receipt search (using the magnifying glass)
  2. In the receipt search locate the affected receipt and highlight it (tap it)
  3. From the bottom of the search screen select Mark as transmitted, then SAP Customer Checkout manager

As a result this receipt will no longer be considered in a receipt synchronization between CCO and CCO manager.
