CCO Receipt Header & Footer Not Printing

We are facing an issue when printing the CCO receipt after we are migrating to a new server.

The header and footer information is not showing in the printout and we did the same setup as the existing ones. Could any of you guys support what could be the issue ?

We are using SalesReceiptPrintTemplate A4 with FOP .

Hello vamsi.parimisetti,

It turned out you are facing issue in CCO FP10 PL00. An update to a newer release (we tested FP15 PL03) solved the issue.
