CCO PRICE SHOWING ZERO FOR ITEMS HAVING MULTIPLE UOMS

Dear Team,

Here we are facing an issue of item price coming zero of items which having multiple UOMS. In SAP Standard pricelist , price has been given to multiple UOMS ( Both PCS and OUTER24) . ( Attached screenshot for reference).

Article complete synchronization has been done and in item master data proper details has been given for items ( Tax code , UOM in sales , inventory tab updated properly). But while scanning this item in pos price coming Zero for both UOM's . This issue is only for items having multiple UOM's , those items having single UOM getting the proper price in POS

SAP Business One Version: SAP 10.0 FP2111 ( SQL Version)

Hi Vishnu,

As we discussed during our session today, this issue is happening for the Period and Volume discount items.

It seems to be a known issue that is already solved. Consider to update the SAP Customer Checkout to the latest version.

After it, run the complete article synchronization and then, the complete discount synchronization.
