Cash Drawer not opening which connected Winpal 260 printer

Dear Experts ,

We are going to config SAP customer checkout (V2.0 FP14 PL02) in to a BST TS-201 touch pos machine with winpal 260 printer and HS-410A drawer connected to the printer . But when when going to test drawer opening from hardware test (With in the Hardware tab in sap customer checkout) it is not opening (The drawer unlocked by the key). Test receipt is printing normally . So it's really appreciate if anyone can advice how we can get the drawer opening through the system .

Sorry for the late to respond .

Thanks for sharing very valuable information regarding configuration errors and their resolutions . Appreciate your prompt response on our query . This was really helpful for us to clear out what was really missed .

Finally we figured out that and it was one of printer setting to be configured to get the drawer active .

Here is the snap shot of that setting ,

So would like to tell any body who's following this thread some time when we thinking big we may miss some small things that will sort our problems .

Sorry for taking your time Pal and for this particular matter the mentioned simple way can get sorted out . Hope the note shared by Anderson and this setting will helpful for others .

Is there any message error in the log files?

I also suggest you to review the SAP Note 2727384
