Can we integrate (both side) SAP Emarsys & MS Outlook?

Hello Experts,

Is there any standard configuration available to integrate SAP Emarsys with Outlook?

As we have prebuilt in SAP Sales & Service cloud so that data transfers both ways.

Dear Nikhil,

As Sap Sales and Service Cloud , Emarsys is not integrated with outlook , but as this is a Marketing tool , can you explain your exact business use case to Integrate with Outlook to have a better understanding of your requirement.

Thank you for the quick response, There is a requirement from the Customer to have Outlook integration so that whenever emails come from customers, it should add those emails as a contact into Emarsys and initially as a Prospect.

To track and store Marketing activities in Emarsys through Outlook

To create contact through Outlook to Emarsys ( if an email comes in for Inquiry)

Hello nnarkhede1987,

There's NO standard integration exists as of now with Outlook.

If your question was about ESPs, then you can either use Emarsys or any 3rd party ESP.
