Hi, does anyone has any suggestion on following scenario?
One client's business is like: receives 90% of its orders from over the phone, the response time for inventory checks was required to be very fast. Also when orders are received, unique information must be registered for each customer.
Can C4C standard function cover this?

C4C supports B2C scenarios. You can use the Sales order or quote functionality to capture order details and then use integration send as an order to your ERP system. Also consider using C4C to manage the customer interactions and use a mashup to a fast order entry system. You can build a fast order entry app using BTP that integrates with your ERP.

While you could customized the C4S Sales (for the order processing) and Service (for the inbound phone call using CTI integrations) solution to suit your requirement, you might want to look at the commerce cloud solution as that is designed and engineered for B2B and B2C scenarios specifically.
