Calculate Number of Days from Creation for Lead to change Status

Hello

What I am trying to do is calculate the number of days from when a lead was created to when it changes status (e.g, change to contacted or declined etc...).

I thought I might be able to do using Key Figure functionality but cannot seem get this working. Is this possible with either key figures or another way? If so, how can this be done?

Hi Lisa,

Do you want to display this info in the Lead itself or in a report?

If it is inside Leads, you can create a workflow rule that triggers a custom action (develop the calculation in PDI), using condition functionality "Value Before Object Change".
