Hi Community,
how to manage/use initial values of fields in the c4c workflows?
E.g. i want to send notifications per workflow and filter to send a specific message for certain service categories in the Ticket. Therefore i use in the rule / conditions the field service categorie number. What syntax do I have to use to filter for Initial values of that field...?

Dear Deborah,
You can select 'Compare Operator' in the condition as deem fit ('Equals' or 'Not Equal'), then leave the field blank (as shown in the screen shot).
