C4C - Time zone configuration to customer

Hello!

Does anyone know if it exists and where the time zone configuration by state is done? In Brazil, we have 4 time zones, and depending on the state of the country we select, the time zone changes automatically in the customer. Where is this information parameterized in the system?

Time zone x state?

For example: State of MT (Mato Grosso) the time zone is BRZLWE (UTC-4) and for State GO (Goiás) BRZLEA (UTC-3).

I've already looked in the fine tuning "Country", "Country/Regions", etc and I didn't find it this configuration.

Can you help me?

Hello, dear Nathana! I hope you are having a good day.

Have you tried the following path?

1. User Icon (extreme left on header)

2. Settings > My settings > Regional Settings

3. Time Zone > Choose (UTC-04:00) Brazil West or (UTC-03:00) Brazil

Thanks for your answer.

In the user it's ok the timezone. But, in the customer register when change the state (MT, GO, etc) the timezone in the customer is changed automatically. I would like to know if this is configurable. If for state X the time zone is Y.

Thinking about your exemple here it seems to be pulled automatically indeed:

Goias BR = GTM-3
