C4C Provisioned in wrong DC rectification timing

Wondering if anyone in the past would have experienced with the C4C system provisioned in the wrong DC issue? if so, how long did SAP take to rectify the issue?

We are now watching the recorded "C4C Onboarding" video SAP CX Onboarding Webinar (English) (goconsensus.com) and the first few sentences of the content...

Hello Sindy,

Do you mean wrong Data Center (DC) If that is the case, are you referring to the CPI data centers? I did not face such an issue, but I'm curious to understand yours.

Yes, DC as in Data Center. I am referring to the C4C DC. As a CRM system, our compliance team is concerning the Data Residency factor. Not related to CPI as it is more on Data Transfer related compliance issues.
