Dear Experts,
Most of the customer that are interested in the integration between Sap Service cloud and a Knowledge Base, currently are using the knowledge base of Sap Jam integrated with Sap Service Cloud in order to manage and solve tickets.
Could MC Teams replace Sap Jam in the short/middle term considering that it will no longer be a regularly updated system?
Is there a roadmap with the next developments of MC Teams and C4C? In particular, will the Knowledge Base be in the roadmap?
