Hi SAP Gurus,
i have setup integration between SAP ERP and C4C via distribution model and IDOC Types DEBMAS_CFS and ADRMAS. Additionally we use some filters for DEBMAS_CFS in BD64.
Now we have the following problem:
When a Customer Account is created and the corresponding filter criteria is not met, the change pointer for DEBMAS_CFS and ADRMAS is correctly ignored through report RBDMIDOC and set to "completed".
Later, someone else fills in the missing data and the customer now meets the filter criteria from BD64. However, if none of these changed fields are part of the customer address, only a change pointer is created for DEBMAS_CFS and not for ADRMAS. Report RBDMIDOC then successfully generates the DEBMAS IDOC, but no ADRMAS IDOC.
The customer is thus created in the C4C, but with an "empty" address.
Any ideas how I can always create and send an ADRMAS IDOC too?
Thanks in Advance.
Kind regards.
Simon

Hey simondietrich,
thanks for the update, good to know!
We are also down to the bottomline of ERP Code to find the rootcause, however not having any more ideas.
Seems we need to life with that topic.
Kind regards

Hi Ingo,
we didnt find the perfect solution for our requirements.
Seems this problem cannot be solved with SAP standard functionality in SAP ECC.
We now replicate all Customer Accounts to C4C and perform filtering for end users in C4C.
Another possible solution would be to send the missing ADRMAS IDOC via Userexit in IDOC Creation of DEBMAS_CFS.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Simon.
