C4C email channel "importance" and "priority"

Hello,

When an email is sent from a user, then they can choose to put the "importance" as high (or any other value).

Is there any way that this "importance" can be accessed in C4C (by workflow or determination table etc) in order to for example set the "priority" of the case.

For example, set a workflow rule to set the priority or use the determination table to set the SLA which sets the priority. Thanks,
