C4C DocuSign 3.0 Integration using BTP

Hello,

I am trying to integrate C4C with DocuSign using BTP. However, after the deployment, I am facing the below issues:

1. Unable to add a recipients because "Create" button is greyed out

2. Unable to add any attachments because when "Create" is clicked, unable to see any files that can be added.

Additionally, I have used DocuSign package with MTAR version 1.0.8 for deployment of the above application.

Kindly let me know if any of you have faced a similar issue and has a resolution for the same.
