Hi Gurus,
After browsing around the web, my understanding is
1. C4C is consist of SAP sales cloud and SAP service cloud
2. CX is consist of
SAP Marketing Cloud
SAP Commerce Cloud
SAP Sales Cloud
SAP Service Cloud
SAP Customer Data Cloud
so the C4C is actually part of CX
3. C4HANA as a term is retired
if my understanding is correct?

1. While C4C is a more informal, umbrella term for both the Sales and Service Cloud Solutions...you will more often see them referred to more formally by their individual solution names: SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
2. Correct, CX currently consists of "5 Clouds Solutions' - called out here: https://www.sap.com/products/crm/products.html#active_tab=item_1602592281950
(Please Note: SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement is the future of our marketing solution)
3. And, yes, SAP C/4HANA was rebranded as SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX)
