c4c bw integration - master data text are not transferred

Hello,

Master data text fields in C4c tables are not transferred.

I followed the steps described in the documents (*1)

There is similar problems in the forum (*2) and I found an OSS note(*3)

But I could'nt resolve the issue:( Can you please help?
