C4C- Adding Kanban Boards tile on home page with custom Queries in Tickets under services

Hi Experts,

I created a custom query in tickets under services , but the custom query is not coming under the drop down list of data set query while creating Kanban board.

Few days back the custom query I created is visible under the drop down list of data set query while creating Kanban board but now when i try create another custom its not showing under the drop down list of data set query.

How can i add custom query under the drop down list of data set query and use that query while creating Kanban board?

Hi Harshitha,

Only custom saved queries created in adaptation mode will appear in the data set query drop down list of the kanban configuration. So I suppose the one that is showing up in the data set query drop down list, was created in adaptation mode where as the one that is not showing up in the data set query drop down list was created when not in adaptation mode.

You might want to check this.
