Business Process remains in running state until we restart the hybris server

Hi,

I have created a business process in my application which takes care of sending emails. The problem is sometimes when I trigger that process,I get an Info message stating --- Ignoring XML Configuration and the process remains in running state until we restart the hybris server again and while the hybris server is starting up the process state changes, Kindly suggest some steps to avoid the restart of hybris server.

Check whether the hybris/temp folder space got filled up. The task engine creates a task123132.txt file during the process task execution. Once the space is cleared, it started to work. The error is not thrown in hybris logs instead I got it from db logs. Hope it helps!!
