Hi All,
We are using Amazon mail provider. We have completed the operations as specified in the following documents.
We can send email and get open information. We couldn't hard bounce / soft bounce information. I get error that is attachment. Could you help me?

The error message indicates the SQS queue is not recognized.
Could you please refer to the blog to review the setting in Amazon side?

Please make sure the path of the queue in communication arrangement is exact the same with that in Amazon, and outbound user in communication arrangement has access to the queue.

Once above setting are done schedule a test campaign including email ID according to Amazon help this should return a bounce record:
