Hi Experts,
I have completed successfully basic installation and configuration as described in Basic installation example.
After that, I tried to make OII UV to integrate with CRM, after completing OII configuration as described in Advanced installation example,
I inactivated all VUs then tried to activate them again beginning with Core VU but unfortunately none of them came up stating the following error:
16:51:30.070 (05124/Message Receiver) ERR> Connection/006D1D40 [192.168.1.136:21009<-192.168.1.136:64077]: Failed to receive from [192.168.1.136:64077] : Socket = [640], BytesRead = [0] : TcpConnection::ReceiveSync, WSARecv failed - 10053 (0x2745) An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ahmed,
Is IIS 6 installed on the server you are planing to start the OII service on?
Are all the required pre-reqs installed?
Thanks,
Marcus

Hi Ahmed,
Sorry for the delay in response. Please see the latest Installation guide. Here is the relevant information:
The servers where Chat Portal or Integration Interfaces package is installed (for interfaces such as OII, DAI and so on).
a
ASP.NET must be enabled.
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 1, 32–bit version
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, full package
Additionally, the OII interface requires also Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, 32–bit version.
NOTE: The specified 32–bit editions must be used also on 64–bit servers.
You can verify if you have these installed via your Control Panel. I should look similar to this with (x86) at the end.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Marcus
Hello Ahmed,
did you resolve the problem already?
If not, did you switch off firewalls and/or antivirus software on the server?

Dawood.

Hi Ahmed,
the log line won't tell too much but there is probably some IP stack problem. Maybe there is some clash in ports - can you check whether the underlying IIS of the VU Integrations is on different socket (pair of virtual IP and TCP port should be unique and not to collide with other components).
Did you also try to uninstall the VU Integrations only? With what result?
Regards,
Dawood.
