Basic Info import failing but not showing any errors

Not able to perform employee upload for some group of employees, upload keeps failing without stating any errors.

I have managed to do a little troubleshooting and it seems this error occurs when i provide a specific range or format of User ID; (9XXXXX). I tried uploading for a different format and it worked, but this specific format keeps failing.

Please note that i was already successsful in uploading an earlier batch with the same ID number format and the imports completed successfully. However, for some of the employees, the upload failed.

Hi,

Did you use a simulation earlier?  and has the User ID been stored somewhere? We found out that that can be disturbing sometimes.

Without (clear) error it is not easy to tell what is happening. Maybe create an incident.
