We use SAP commerce cloud.
According to the documentation, the "Hot folders" and "Logs" in Cloud storage (Azure blob storage) are accessible for the environment. "Media" storage should still be created, but it is not visible. We would need to store attachments (images) within the submitted claims. How could we create Azure Storage for this purpose? Or use only those created for the environment?
