Hello Experts!
I am entending to start integration between Avaya and C4C using Widget ( can't install adapter in the agents machines) .
If someone could help me get through it, i Saw the Admin guide steps but in blogs they were talking about bridge adding ?
I am quite confused if someone has already this and could help me to pursue it .

C4C supports Widget Based CTI integration. The Widgets are provided by third party CTI vendors such as Avaya.
In the Widget based approach, you will have 2 options to choose from
2. Voice streaming within embedded widgets

I read the documentation and the Blog but still quite confusing a little, i saw some code fo inbound and outbound where am i exactly suppose to use that? when Avaya will provide me the widget how exactly should put that code for outbound and inbound calls?
I saw this and i dont want to install anything in the agents machines ? so i am not able to configure click to call?
