Dear experts,
is there a way to reference the interest item assigned to an interaction in the rule editor of a score?
For example, if I want to check for interactions of type A but only those with interest item B assigned to them to increase the score, I currently am not able to do so.
As a workaround I created a custom field within the business context marketing interaction that provides the interest item as well in order to reference it (does currently not work either but should get fixed by SAP support, because it works for other custom codelist fields in the interaction business context). This is - in my opinion - a pretty poor workaround though.
Thanks in advance!

Hi n.walter,
As per my experience, you've found the right workaround of using CF instead as it's not available in Standard.
From you message, I understand you've submitted a ticket under CEC-MKT-EXT, right? If yes, that's the only way to get that CF fixed.
I hope this was helpful. Thank you.

Hi kunal_bansal,
yes, I have opened an incident though I chose CEC-MKT-BF as component (asked support to change it now to -EXT, because it fits the problem better)...
Thank you for your insight!

Alright, CEC-MKT-EXT fits better for this issue and you'll get faster resolution. Use Expert Chat for immediate change in component.
