Automatic Sync in Mobile Apps

Hi,

I would like to confirm that if it is possible to set up an automatic synchronization process that runs frequently, like every 1 or 2 minutes.

My goal is to eliminate the need for end users to manually use the sync button in the mobile apps. Although I came across documentation on object syncing, it doesn't meet my specific requirement.

Could you please provide some help on this topic?

Currently it is not possible to set up such automated synchronization in the FSM mobile apps. It could have been a convenient feature for the end users, but it could potentially result in various issues behind the scenes, such as performance problems or data inconsistency.

However, there are a few workarounds available that may help meet your needs:

1. As you mentioned, you can utilize object sync, which enables automated synchronization when a specific event occurs. Please check the documentation for further details.

2. In the mobile app settings, you can activate the 'Synchronize on startup' option. If this option is enabled, the app will initiate a synchronization process whenever it is opened.
