Assistance Needed for SAP C4C Account Recovery

Hi Sap Team,

We're currently facing login issues with SAP C4C as our password has expired.

Unfortunately, we are unable to recover our account through the "Forgot our password" feature, and we also don't have access to our admin details. Could you please recommend an alternative method to help us regain access to our account?

Hi Ritrisha,

You can follow below options.

1) Contact the IT Contact person from client side and ask them to send an email to their SAP Account Manager [ IT Contact person should be aware of this ] to get the password reset for one of the admin users. Once this is done, the admin user can reset the password for rest of the admins.

2) As Julius suggested, call up SAP CIC [ Customer Interaction Center (CIC) Worldwide Telephone Directory (sap.com) ] and request them to help with your case. This will take some time.

Option 1 will be real quick as it only involves some email communication.

Hello Ritrisha,

If you have a test tenant, you should create a very high priority ticket from there and explain your scenario. Most likely they will need approval from someone in upper management. Also contact your CSP and notify them of this.

If you do not have a test tenant, call the C4C customer care center and they should be able to look up your customer # and create a ticket for you.

P.S: This will take time based on past experience wherein, our admin locked every on on the C4C system.

I am unable to create ticket because our company name as a customer is not showing.

Kindly help.
