Are campaigns affected during global SAP blackout?

SAP will be carrying out some security enhancements to our operating systems this weekend. We want to know how does this affect SAP MKT cloud? Will it affect access only during the times or will it pause our campaigns and we'll need to restart it back manually later? Please let us know if there is any other area affected as well.

Hi Rashi,

It depends how the campaign is setup. In a campaign, there is the auto-restart indicator. See our online documentation Campaign Restart | SAP Help Portal.

If the auto-restart flag is set, the campaign should restart automatically, If not, it’s the user that to restart the campaign manually.
