We currently have CCO implemented along with the loyalty program. Customers are handled centrally and the loyalty program runs smoothly. However, we have encountered different problems.
The first is that to assign some type of card, this number must be assigned directly in CCO Manager in the CUSTOMER USER option.
The second is that if we want to consume the service we need the password of the client user. This is assigned automatically when we create a loyalty account for a customer.
So my question is:
1. Is there a way to get to the Alternative customer ID field of the Customer User section from the POS itself?
2. How to know or configure the password that the CCO Manager assigns automatically when creating the client user. We have tried with the Admin password but we are not successful?
